Well the banner is an example of an ideologically-derived attempt to obscure reality and encourage the growth of a pernicious myth. To give it a more concise categorization it's a pernicious-myth-booster. And there's no such thing as a harmless pernicious-myth-booster pretty much by definition. After all, if it is boosting a pernicious myth it is hardly harmless.

The real root of all of the nonsense coming out of CRT is the Marxist presupposition that an idea-system must be institutionalized (with power) in order to properly merit the labels "-ism" or "ideology."
